Newly renovated apartment with all amenities located in the middle of the charming old town of Alicante. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, large living room, new and tiled bathroom, kitchen, backyard with sitting area, and a cozy French balcony. From the apartment it is only 5 minutes down to the beach and you will find countless restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The building has a lift and the apartment is suitable for both toddler families and well-to-do adults. For our guests we are always available and will meet you personally upon arrival.
From the French balcony you will have the sun during the day, and with a full kitchen including coffee machine, then you can new morning coffee on the balcony, or you can invite friends and family for dinner around the apartment's dining table in the evening. Air conditioning with both heat and cold is centrally controlled throughout the apartment. We have Washing machine with dryer, iron, hair dryer and everything one needs in a normal home.

The apartment has its own garage with direct access to the house from it and its laundry room in the interior patio. Two spacious bathrooms with large walk-in showers and integrated dining room. It is a ground floor, therefore it is accessible without steps and distributed on a single floor.
